Example 2: Assuming a person is on a vitamin mineral program consisting of PABA, potassium, Vitamin C, zinc, choline and lecithin, and that person develops a right-sided headache, - only zinc, PABA, and choline should be taken that day, but not Vit C, potassium, and lecithin. As in the first example, extra supplements of the corresponding Group B could be added at higher amounts to help the headache, including some baking soda in water if an acidic stomach accompanies the headache.
